'Tis the season for shopping and gift giving. And everyone approaches
the task a little differently. According to The Direct Marketing
Association, 33 percent of shoppers finish their gift buying two
weeks before the holiday, 43 percent wait until the final week
to complete their shopping, and 20 percent wait right until the
last minute, finishing their shopping the day before the holiday.
As well, men are more likely to procrastinate with 48 percent
finishing their shopping the final week compared to 39 percent
of women.
